Energy Variation during Non-Linear Plasma Oscillation

Research Fig.12:

Resonant variation of the kinetic electron energy (referred to the initial electron energy of 1.96 eV (the transition energy for the OI- airglow)) over one modulation cycle of the non-linear plasma oscillation for a plasma density Np=2.2*105cm-3, a magnetic field B=0.5 G and a driving electric field at the corresponding resonance frequency (= 5.8 Mhz) with a (peak) electric field strength E0=0.37 V/m (the slight drift of the energy minima towards higher values is not real but a numerical effect).
